	Child Tattoos youngest we have tattooed was a boy who lost his Mother at 14, and the whole family was present for the tattoo that said "We will always love you". Generally below the age of 16 with parent approval is starting out pretty young, but it is legal in our state, and if you do not let some kids do it the right way, they will find a way to do it the wrong way. Minors looking for a tattoo must find something pretty small, tasteful and the pattern will be put inside the region of a normal tee shirt. As with all tattoos, we do have the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel circumstances suggest we should withhold service.
