few dollars less, you might be tempted into getting body art from some place based

on a better sounding price.  That is not the way to purchase a service.  When obtaining a service

from anyone for anything, you want to purchase what you are expecting, at a fair price. 

Ask yourself, what do you expect to receive for your decision to obtain body arts?

Do you want disposable everything so there is virtually no chance of any contracted problems?

Are you comfortable with paying less and obtaining the acceptable minimum as required by law?

Are you comfortable with no minimum standard and getting your body art over a kitchen table?
