Yes we will tattoo your feet
With any tattoo, during the healing process you need to keep the tattoo exposed to fresh air, and keep it from getting rubbed by clothing (or in this case, shoes).  Most people cannot go without wearing shoes for the two weeks that tattoos take to heal. In addition to that, the skin on your hands & feet are a little different that the skin on other parts of your body.

Some rules to remember about hand and feet tattoos

Tattoos on the hands and feet could spread more over time. All tattoos spread some due to migration of the ink over time.  Because of the spread issue, designs on the hands and feet should be simple and cannot be too detailed. If they are very detailed the tattoo could loose it's definition and become blurred. Fine line tattoos on the feet are a bad idea.  Stick with medium to bold lines.
The body may not retain tattoos on the palms of the hand and soles of the foot. Often a ring tattooed on a finger will not take well on the palm side. The same is true for the soles of the feet.
There could be a slightly greater chance of infection associated with a hand or foot tattoo. Hands and feet get into all sorts of things.  Extra care and attention will be needed during the entire healing time (1-3 weeks).
During the healing period you should not wear any shoe or sock that will rub the healing tattoo. If a sock or shoe rubs on an unhealed tattoo it can damage it.
A healed tattoo can be rubbed out on the foot if the placement is such that your shoe will routinely rub it.
Diabetics should not receive a tattoo without the direct permission of a good doctor
