How Do You Sterilize Your Equipment?

Autoclaves are the best first line of defense for the shop wishing to do it yourself.  We have several state of the art autoclaves and other modern sterilizers.  We also use other "better choices".  What is better than an autoclave done in house?  Purchasing pre-made everything all ready to go and factory sealed in sterilized plastic sealed containers.

In house autoclaved equipment packaged in paper must "by law" be re-autoclaved every 30 days.  Factory sealed plastic packaging will remain fresh and legal for up to five years on the shelf.  Also, heat treating needles to sterilize them, makes them dull and they hurt the skin more and injure the skin much more than needles that are vapor sterilized.

For the absolute best  in sterilization, look for plastic sealed, vapor treated sterilized packaging that lasts for years.

That is what we use.   Are you worth a better quality product that produces a better quality art with less discomfort?

Gary thinks so.
